Remember 12-year-old Christian fernandez? He still needs your help to let the state of Florida know that 12 year olds are children, as the fact that he so obviously is not an adult, doesn't seem to be enough.
Cristian's hearing has been moved from November 21st to December 5th. Cristian and his attorneys recently rejected a plea deal offered by the state because they do not want the boy to be forced to put in a plea of guilty to a murder charge. This would require him to carry the charge throughout his adult life and would hinder his ability to get a job and possibly go to college at a later date.
Please take a moment and write to Angela Corey or call her to urge her to allow Cristian's case to go to juvenile court. It is important to explain that any alternative in adult court is unacceptable because Cristian is 12 years old and a child.

dear lord, will someone please rescue this poor child from the grips of the injustice system.. these people should be ashamed of themselves and i am angry, appalled, outraged, disgusted, and more at the thought of this pure irresponsibility, carelessness, and other negative nasty adjectives of the so called "adults" in this case behaving so questionably... something is wrong here... seriously wrong.. we must take a stand.... this is ridiculous.... help this boy please.. start a petition on change.org to demand release of this child... to demand justice for this child.. to demand that this case be treated as it should be in the justice system... are these charges even valid? what the hell is going on here? another series of rights violations that we will idly sit by and witness? no... i am so pissed i want to cry.... we must stop this immediately..
please save christian fernandez.. poor baby.
Is this child getting psychological help? Is he going to be ready to face this world? If he is covering from his mother, how could she do this? This is so sad. Tragic.
